There is a problem where when you've burned a bootable NT4/W2K/XP CD-Rom using Nero, and then when booting you may get the message "BOOT: Couldn't find NTLDR"
The workaround is to disable ISO9660 file versions, in Nero you need to edit a registry setting:
Goto Start then Run.
In the run box enter RegEdit and press enter.
Then in the registry editor left pain navigate to the following key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ahead\Nero - Burning Rom\General]
In the right pain edit the subkey "AddISOFileVersion"
If you do not have the key "AddISOFileVersion" create it in the right pain section as a Dword type of key with a value of "0"
Close the Registry Editor.
Now when you burn the same above disk the boot error problem will be gone.
