Another Way TO Check If A User Is An Administrator Or Not From The Command Prompt In Windows Xp, 2003, Vista, 7 And 8

Here is Another way to check if a user is an Administrator or not at the command prompt. This is about the fastest way to do so as well.

Open a command prompt and type:
net user username, where username is the logon name of the user you want to check and press enter.
or to just check the current logged on user type:
net user %username% This tells the system to use the environment variable "username" for the user that is currently logged on.
When the command is entered the listing that appears will have the user listed in the Administrators Group at the bottom next to Local Group Memberships if the user is an Administrator.
See the examples below on use.
